• Description:
• Security service The aim of the tender is to conclude a contract for security services for the above-mentioned educational and conference center. Task description The requirements for the contractor are based on DIN 77200. Optional Security services for events can also be requested. Details are listed in the article “Locations and times”. To prove and ensure the activities of the security personnel, an agreement based on the above-mentioned DIN is required Regulation of the individual details (e.g. deployment of forces, work content (including place of work and procedure), duration of the security service, emergency procedures, communication rules, equipment of security employees, reporting) is created by the RIM. This Agreement becomes part of the contract. Property inspection Before submitting the offer, the bidder can find out about the local conditions by inspecting all properties affected by the security service. The bidder confirms this spatial knowledge of the affected properties with submission of the offer letter (form D.0). Later objections due to special local circumstances will not be accepted.
