Description:
In the course of the necessary revision of the machine transformer 40BAT01 currently used on the GuD low stack, a replacement machine transformer is to be procured. The transformer is to be designed as a replacement transformer for the Dradenau and Tiefstack locations. The high voltage sideThe transformer is connected in the low stack via overhead cables (oil/air bushing) and in Dradenau via a cable connection with a plug system (oil/oil bushing). On the low-voltage side, oil/air bushings for busbar connection with expansion straps are to be provided.The connections on the low-voltage side must be secured with an insulation system against short-circuits caused by small animals.
The mounting dimensions of the connections on the low-voltage side must be implemented equivalent to the existing transformer due to the use of busbars.
To control the short-circuitss currents and to comply with the specifications of 2.5 kA short-circuit contribution of the entire combined cycle power plant at the grid operator's transfer point, IS limiters are used within the switchgear on the US side.
A three-phase oil-transformer (three-winding YNd5d5) designed according to the afterfollowing specifications. The transformer is to be designed for installation in a transformer box with the clear dimensions W x D x H 12 m x 8 m x 10 m and must not exceed a total weight including oil and attachments of 170 t.
