Description:
The subject of the tender is the provision of security personnel to maintain security and order in the court buildings and the associated areas of the courts of labor and social jurisdiction in Bavaria.
In particular the guarding of the entrance areas, which Implementation of personal controls and, if necessary, further safety-related measures, such as monitoring through video systems and control courses within and outside the buildings, are an essential part of the performance.
The services are requested at around 40 locations in Bavaria, overall Divided into 7 loosely Munich Plus, Augsburg Plus, Regensburg Plus, Lower Franconia, Middle Franconia, Upper Franconia and a lot "Kempten, Rosenheim, Passau"; At larger locations five days a week from around 8 a.m. to around 4.30 p.m. and at smaller locations for daily during session. The exact locations and planned operational times can be found in Appendix 2 "Overview of personnel requirements and operational times per location".
The contract begins on January 1st, 2026 and has a term of two years with a five -time extension of one year each, unless one -sided termination by the client.
