Description:
Provision of security services for four properties during the contract period 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contractor has the following tasks: - Deployment of 1 security guard per shift in the property at Rudolf-Schuy-Strasse 8, whereby the security guard cannot be a woman - Comprehensive access controls for the property at Rudolf-Schuy-Strasse 8 and on the associated property including documentation/guard book. Access exclusively for authorized persons and residents in accordance with the house rules (Appendix 1) - Carrying out inspections in the property and outside of the object usually at least once an hour. Every tour must be documented - ensuring accessibility for the emergency shelters Im Finken 8, Mozartstrasse 3 (Container) and Ste.-Foy-Strasse 21, if necessary checking and notifying the police - between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m An inspection tour must be carried out and documented in the properties Im Finken 8, Mozartstrasse 3 (Container) and Ste.-Foy-Strasse 21, more often if necessary - allocation of beds in the emergency sleeping area including distribution of bed linen/sleeping bags at Rudolf-Schuy-Strasse 8 between 8:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. - Checking the kitchens / shared use and encouraging them to clean after use, turning the electricity on and off for the oven/stove in the shared kitchen - Exercising house rights based on the applicable house rules.
