- Security services on AVG Koeln mbH premises: - Gatekeeping activities (e.g. access authorization, visitor registration, telephone calls) - Patrol service with patrols, locking/condition and location checks. (The number and interval of checks are carried out in coordination with the AG. The locations and number of checkpoints will be coordinated with the client. The approximately 40 checkpoints must be installed by the contractor on site and replaced if lost/defected). - Behavior in the event of an alarm according to the alarm plan (e.g. detection line, failure of refrigeration systems IT, fire alarm) - Behavior in the event of an alarm Special incidents according to the alarm plan (e.g. accidents, break-ins) - Documentation and reporting - Monitoring compliance with the house rules - Combating accidents (e.g. oil spill) Caretaker services AVG Koeln mbH premises: - Winter service Security services Landfill V.V.: - Patrol service with control trips/walks, locking/condition and location checks (the number and interval of checks are carried out in coordination with the client. The locations and number of checkpoints are coordinated with the client.
