• The city hall leisure pool (1974), which existed in Seesen, is in a high level of investment backlog. A modernization study including energy efficiency report from SWH Verwaltungs- und Betriebs GmbH from June 2021 confirms the urgent need for action. Various individual renovation measures have been implemented from 2011 to 2018, but which only cover a very small component of the necessary measures, e.g. Renewal Ventilation Floor Hall 2011, complete renewal of the slide tower including tube 2016, 2 CHP modules 2016-2018 etc. There is a need for the water surfaces to be attracted and expanded for non -swimmers and in particular toddlers and babies. There is also the renovation and modernization needs of sports water areas for schools and clubs. The concrete damage in the basement is based on one or more leaks on the bathing plane in the trades seal / tiles. The damage was already examined and recorded in 2009. So far, no renovation has taken place, so that you can assume a progressive damage. The metal glass facades come from the Origin 1970. The partial renovation of the swimming hall roof was only limited to cover the cold bridge between the roof and facade, so that the Attics have to be recorded here again. Doors and windows have leaks. The closed facade parts also show weak points on which is based on inadequate insulation strengths. In order to optimize the operational processes, it is necessary to discuss the arrangement of various usage units.
