- The Wood and Metal trade association is a corporation under public law with self-government and in particular writes the mandate of a master capital administration company (Master-KVG) for the administration of the special fund of the client in the form of alternative investment funds in accordance with the regulations of the Social Code IV.
In a separate lot 2, a master capital administration company (Master KVG) for the administration of the special fund of the independent administrative vocational cooperative (VBG) is also advertised.
In the following, the term "client" is used depending on the respective lot for both the wood and metal professional association (BGHM) as well as for the administrative vocational cooperative (VBG).
