The Friedrich Schiller University Jena intends to purchase one (1) wafer test system in order to achieve electrical contact with microelectrodes on the wafer scale for the electric field polarization of ferroelectric thin films and thus the To enable fabrication of integrated wafer-scale polarized waveguides for nonlinear frequency conversion.
