The Wafer Prober measuring system should be suitable in order to carry out extremely noise -shaped electrical measurements with a low dividing current in the frequency range from 0 to 10 GHz. The measuring system must be made of a semi-automatic wafer trial for 200 mm wafer, a semiconductor analyzer and oneComprehensive software, which controls both the rehearsal and the analyzer and plotted and stores the measurement data. The semiconductor analyzer must contain a device of the 4200A series from Keithley Instruments, LLC.
