Description:
The purpose of the tender is to provide an integrated sequencing device with a complete next-generation sequencing (NGS) solution that offers a fully automated, targeted NGS workflow - starting with quantified nucleic acid or a prepared one NGS library through to analysis and provision of results within one working day. The implementation of modern NGS-based diagnostics is essential for the treatment of cancer patients, as a large number of medications are already targeted in first-line therapy be used according to the mutation status. Scope of services • Conclusion of a rental agreement with a purchase option after the contract has been awarded - The tenant is granted an option to purchase the rental property. The purchase option can be exercised at any time by the tenant through a unilateral written declaration be exercised towards the landlord. • Rental of an integrated NGS sequencing device including all necessary components • Rental period: 18 months • Option to purchase the device after the rental period has expired • Provision of the necessary consumables (reagents, kits, cartridges, etc.) • Conclusion of a separate framework agreement for the delivery of consumables • Duration of the framework agreement: 48 months • Delivery, installation, commissioning and training of staff
