Sequencing The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a contract for the provision of sequencing services for Olink Explore HT Libraries provided by the client. As part of a large-scale analysis using Olink Explore HT procures the Core Facility Translational Proteomics sequencing services for a total of 34 Olink Explore HT kits (equivalent to 34 libraries). As part of a large-scale analysis using Olink Explore HT, the Core Facility Translational Proteomics procures sequencing services for a total 34 Olink Explore HT Kits (equivalent to 34 libraries). The service includes in particular: - Organization of sample acceptance and coordination of sample logistics, - Perform sequencing of the provided libraries using appropriate and established procedures, - Use of the specified sequencing parameters (in particular Flow Cells and Olink Custom Recipe), - Implementation of quality assurance measures during and after sequencing, - Provision of the generated raw data in agreed standardized formats, - Ensuring a structured and traceable data transfer to the client. - Nucleic acid extraction and library preparation are not part of the service, as ...
