- The LEADER cooperation project "Municipal Photovoltaic potential for the expansion of the citizens' energy" is intended to illustrate the advantages and opportunities of the energy transition in rural areas and promote acceptance for renewable energies. By integrating municipalities and other relevantActors are to be kept in the regions a higher proportion of value creation - initially from PV and local heating projects. For free advice on the topics of photovoltaics and local heating as well as to support and prepare PV projects, the Sonah service center (solar and local heat) should now beare built up on municipalities and initiatives (e.g. energy communities) of the leader regions involved.In Flaming-Havel
