Description:
The EGLV (Emschergenossenschaft und Lippenverband) operates over 900 operating facilities, including sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and rainwater treatment plants. Of these systems, more than 350 locations have registering performance measurements (RLM), which are due to the local basic measuring point operator (GMSB). With the reference measurements, it is ensured that all relevant measuring points are recorded and monitored by suitable technical systems. The Lippenverband (LV, named in the following client) also operates a variety of power generation plants, including Combined heat and power plants (CHP), wind energy systems (WEA) and photovoltaic systems (PV) on roofs and open spaces (FFPV). In addition, numerous projects will be realized in these areas in order to promote the expansion of renewable energies. However, many of these systems are currently not or are Only insufficiently equipped with suitable measuring devices. Therefore, the client is currently not fully possible to record the energy generated. All systems of the client are located in the AMPRION regular zone and are supplied by around 20 distribution network operators. A precise Allocation of the distribution network operator to the measuring point is located in the LB3 measuring point directory.
