- The Berlin police are located at the Tempelhofer Damm 12. The canteen is to be managed by an external lease/operator/manager. The management takes place in its own name, on your own account and at your own economic risk of the operator. Currently around 1,200 employees are to be supplied. This information is a guide. The landlord assumes no liability for a certain number of eating participants and a certain minimum turnover height. The rental area is approx. 360 m2 (plus approx. 117 m2. Keller), consisting of a kitchen, dining room, toilets and coincidences. Kitchen technology is e.g. T. present. Small inventory (dishes, cutlery, cookware) and a coffee machine must be provided by the tenant. A list of inventory, floor plans and a sample rental contract are attached to the tender documents. The kitchen equipment will be recovered for the rental agreement, so that there is no entitlement to completeness and correctness with regard to the attached equipment list. Opening times of the cafeteria: daily from 6.15 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. A Lunch table is ready from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A supply (snack offer, machines or the like) from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Further details can be found in the sample rental contract.
