Description:
The subject of this award procedure is the conclusion of several service performance contracts i. S. v. § 105 GWB above the current of the EU threshold value in accordance with Section 106 (2) Section 4 GWB with suitable concession survivors about the planning, construction and operation of publicCharging facilities for e-cars. The operating risk is therefore exclusively with the concession owner and the district of Harburg does not guarantee a minimum acceptance or refinancing of the concession consent.
