Description:
The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labor and Social Affairs (StMAS) (hereinafter referred to as? Confederation -providing party?), Has the service concession for the operation of the in -house canteen of the STMAS in Winzererstrasse 9 in 80797 Munich (hereinafter referred to as? canteen? described) to the concession -consuming party after the previous concession -consuming party has ended the contractual relationship. The planned start of the contract is 01.01.2026. The operation takes place on your own account and at your own risk of the concession consumer. The guests of the canteen (hereinafter? Guest?) Are primarily the approximately 520 employees at the head office of the STMAS in Munich. In addition, external guests, especially the owners of guest cards (currently around 250 in active use in the surrounding authorities), are participants of seminars, Tafting meetings as well as further training and special events that take place on the premises of the STMA. There are currently an average of between 300 and 350 meals. The conference and catering service in the STMAS is also included in the tender. The Contract period is seven years.
