The city of Hamm (client) is tendering the concession for the management of the kiosk in the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Gymnasium in the city of Hamm across Europe.

The snack food offered as part of the kiosk operationWith optimal food selection, nutrition makes an important contribution to the daily nutrient intake. The specific offer should be based on the requirements for lunch meals and must be made in consultation with the school. Schools and school authorities are entitled to set the delivery or size measurementsngs e.g. B. of baked goods and confectionery/sweets.
As part of the management of the kiosk, a student-oriented range of snack food should be offered. In addition to the offer of hot/cold drinks (cocoa, tea, standard soft drinks other than Cola, Satfte) in particular smaller dishes (sandwiches, hot dishes with variations for vegetarians, yoghurt with fruit, salad, etc.) and commercially available sweets (chocolate/muesli bars, etc.).
At the request of the school management, commercially available sweets (chocolate bars , etc.) only to a limited extentbe offered. Furthermore, there must be a sufficient number of organic products in the product range.
Drinking water is always offered free of charge. Drinking water dispensers (provided by the school authority) must be cleaned at the prescribed intervals and replaced with replacement cartridges at the manager's expense...
