Mindener Hafen GmbH intends For the bimodal internal container terminal Regioport Weser, 1st part of the construction 1a, a operating concession. The operator takes over the management of a terminals for the Road/Water envelope, which is fully operational in the infra and suprastructure approved loading unit container (ISO container). Two shipping places (for ships up to the size of the UKMS), a container loading bridge on the KAI with an envelope, are to be operated, subsequent envelope and storage areas for containers as well as a truck pre-staunch. The bimodal Container terminal is located as a parallel port on the Mittelland Canal in Minden-Papinghausen. Further details about the concession can be found in the tender documents.
