Description:
The subject of this procurement procedure is the service to promote mail disposal of Saxon judicial services of the regions of Dresden, Leipzig, Zwickau, Chemnitz and Goerlitz. This includes the pick-up service of the entire letter post output of the departments (included: letters Up to 20g, up to 50g, up to 500g, up to 1,000g and special sizes up to 1,000g as well as handover registration, registered mail and registered mail with return certificate). After collection, the programs are to be provided with a cliche (according to the client or the respective departmental management) and then deliver to the recipients in Germany. The guidelines apply to the delivery deadlines in accordance with Section 18 (1) PostG. Letters to recipients abroad are to be promoted to the delivery points of Deutsche Post AG. The pick-up service at the correctional facility includes also the collection of the prisoner mail (already freed up letter disposal) and their day -to -day transport to the delivery points of Deutsche Post AG.
The collection of the programs has Monday to Thursday between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. take place. Different times can be determined in agreement with the department lines.
