Description:
In the administrations and companies of the Free State of Bavaria, in accordance with Section 16 of the Law on Company Doctors, Safety Engineers and Other Occupational Safety Specialists (ASiG) of December 12, 1973, last amended by Art. 226 of the Ordinance of October 31, 2006, one of the principles of this law Gto ensure equivalent occupational health and safety-related occupational health and safety.
