Description:
The University Hospital Dresden (UKD) intends to introduce new central roster software to modernize existing personnel. The existing system is no longer up to date for the UKD, because from the UKD's point of view, deficits in relation to a user -friendlyOperation, missing mobile access options and the lack of integration into the existing hospital information system (KIS). The subject of the tender is a framework contract for 4 years in order to equip around 6,500 employees with a contemporary roster planning software in the final expansion,A first project phase (pilot phase) is already commissioned with a surcharge. In particular, the system must have aoffer direct access to your duty rosters and enable active participation through desired services and electronic service exchange requests. At the same time, the software must support automated personnel requirements based on the patient occupancy and level of care and with existingHR and controlling systems, especially SAP HCM, be compatible.
