Description:
In the administrations and companies of the Free State of Bavaria, according to § 16 of the law on company doctors, safety engineers and other occupational safety specialists (ASIG) of December 12, 1973, most recently amended by Art. 226 of the Ordinance of October 31, 2006, one is the principles of this law to ensure equivalent occupational medical and safety -related occupational safety. This was determined in more detail in the guideline for the guarantee of occupational medical and safety -related occupational safety in the state administration of the Free State of Bavaria. The guideline applies to all departments and approx. 1057 employees of the Bavarian State Institute for Agriculture. Around the above To comply with legal requirements in the field of occupational health and health protection, the Bavarian State Institute for Agriculture (LFL) intends to award the service for providing a specialist for occupational safety (SiFA) for a contract term of up to five years.
