Description:
(1) Task:
The contractor is responsible for the following activities both for the consolidated financial statements of the KfW banking group and for the individual financial statements of the companies belonging to the KfW group:
(a) Preparation of actuarial reports on pension and pension obligationsfor the annual financial statements as of December 31st
(b) Actuarial valuation of the pension and benefit obligations for the quarterly financial statements - with the exception of FuB mbH - as of March 31st, June 30th. and September 30
(c)Other actuarial calculations for the individual subof the KfW Group.
(d)Ongoing advice to the individual companies of the KfW Group in connection with their pension and pension obligations.
(e)Advice to the individual companies of the KfW Group on changes to legal and/or organizational framework conditions either nowr affect the respective individual or several or all companies belonging to the group.
