• Description:
• Through this public tender, the German National Library has to award the technical equipment and support for the respective events with the contract starting on October 1st, 2026. The service includes: - Planning and construction of sound or Image transmission technology according to the client's specifications, functional test and dismantling after the event - Monitoring and support of all technology during the events The service must comply with the generally applicable safety regulations tested electrical devices, cable connections must be covered with rubber mats or taped with adhesive tape that can be removed without leaving any residue (see No. 3.1. (a)) or laid in an elevated floor (see No. 3.1. (c)). The temporal separation technical setup and dismantling and event support is possible. No additional costs may be charged for this. The applicable data protection regulations must be adhered to. It is estimated that up to fifteen take place per calendar year Events take place in the various event areas of the German National Library at the Leipzig location. Common types of events include: readings, exhibition openings, panel discussions, meetings/congresses. Lecterns and reading tables are available and provided by the DNB. The focus of the events is the spoken word, although events with musical accompaniment occasionally take place. A framework agreement has been concluded.
