Description:
88212 Ravensburg, Gartenstrasse 97, police Ravensburg, new building presidium and territory, services of the commissioning management and technical monitoring. The complete heat supply takes place via geothermal energy. TheHeat supply is ensured centrally via two heat pumps. To regenerate the ground, an air water heat exchanger is also intended on the roof. A heating buffer tank in front of it is switched to covering the high -required heating load at short notice. The cold production takes placethrough air -cooled cold water compact cold machines that are placed on the roof. The drinking water supply takes place decentrally by means of an electrical instantaneous water heater. A central hot water supply via a fresh water system is only intended for the area of changing rooms/showers.The internal traffic areas get their fresh air from the overflowing air from the meeting rooms. This is extracted in the land areas.
For this project, a monitoring concept must be developed and implemented in terms of planning. This also includes the planning and control of theCommissioning and monitoring during the first 2 years after handover to the
