Lot 3: Manufacturer ISEKI
Los 4: Manufacturer Amazon, Kubota
Lot 5: electrical appliances Bosch, Festool, Makita, fine
The contract runs from 01.10.2025 to 30.09.2027 and is extended by 12 more months if, by the AG, it is not terminated by the AG 3 months before the end of the contract (30.09.2027 / 30.09.2028). It ends on September 30, 2029 at the latest.
For loose 1, 2 and 4, a contract with 2 suitable and economic Providers. For the loose 3 and 5, the contract is to be concluded with only one suitable and economic bidder.
The orders are always given first to the most economical bidder. In the case of capacity bottlenecks, the second bidder is used to go back to downtimes reduce.
