When planning and implementing the projects within the ISMC funding program, it must be ensured that the goals associated with the funding are achieved and at the same time the necessary investments are made in accordance with the IT strategy and IT architecture of the UKB. This requires es cross-project technical and organizational control.
The architecture and integration management ensures that the services to be procured in the various sub-projects fit perfectly into the overall architecture of the UKB. To do this, a variety of interfaces must be taken into accountThe following are required: The ISMC sub-projects themselves, the parallel KHZG projects and the software systems and infrastructure components already in use. This is the only way that the vision of a future patient journey associated with the ISMC can be successfully and sustainably piloted.
