Description:
The city of Velbert intends to renovate the property at Schwanefeld 19 - 23 in 42551 Velbert. In a negotiating procedure with an advanced Europe -wide participation competition, planning services for the renovation are to be awarded this year. The planning processing should also start this year if possible.
The subject of the current procedure are planner services for object planning based on the HOAI 2021 for the measure "Energy-efficient renovation" of the property at Schwanefeld 19-23. The focus of the object planning is Renovations Two gymnastics halls (or sports halls), which are to be integrated into the structural context of the other buildings on the property (primary school and daycare center). A best-hinge former caretaker's house is also to be demolished. The focus of the object planning is in the synthesis of an architectural design with the predominant technical planning for energy efficiency.
