- "The Saxon State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labor, Energy and Climate Protection (SMWA) intends to conclude a contract for services to operate a Saxon Competence Center for Hydrogen (KH2). The Saxon Competence Center is intended to be a central contact for third parties and the client in Saxony is available to provide information on questions relating to hydrogen production, transport, storage and application as well as regulation. The aim is to create an interdisciplinary and cross-industry competence center for the development of the hydrogen location to establish Saxony. This is intended to bundle existing initiatives and competencies in the Free State, strengthen exchange and supplement it with targeted information offerings. The aim is to be interdisciplinary in the areas of expertise research, development and innovation, hydrogen infrastructure and application and consumption as well as trade and regulation of hydrogen." The contractor must carry out the following services for the client: - Service package 1 - Operation of the Saxon Competence Center for Hydrogen (Section 2.2 of the service description; fixed price service) - Service package 2 - Information activity (Section 2.3 of the service description; framework contract service) - Service package 3 - Events (Section 2.4 of the service description; framework contract service) - Service package 4 - Preparation of the final report (Section 2.5 of the service description; framework contract service) The order period is one year. The client has the three-time option to extend the contract for another year, so that the total term does not exceed four years. The purchase quantities of the framework contract services are Part of the contract documents (minimum purchase quantity, estimated purchase quantity, maximum purchase quantity).
