Description:
Framework contracts for planning and engineering in large -scale construction projects for the coal phase -out of Bew Berliner Energie und Warme GmbH. The service is provided in the large -scale construction projects in the HKW Charlottenburg, HKW Reuter West and HKW Klingenberg. The estimated total order volume for the Services are distributed over 7 years. The services, planning and engineering to be awarded includes the overall responsibility for the integrity of all planning services in the program. These include a) the planning services to be carried out independently, the examination of the detailed planning of the Suppliers and the merging of all plans in integrated planning. b. Building Information Modeling (BIM) (optional) includes the integration of the 3 D Planning and schedules of all project participants in a BIM model (BIM 4D) including the provision and administration of the tool, All associated processes and training courses The number of framework contracts to be awarded will not be stipulated by the procurement authority right from the start. The procurement authority intends to award several framework contracts.
