District of Offenbach, new building and renovation of the August Bebel School (vocational school) in Offenbach
Scope of services: property planning building, LPH 1-9 in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI, as well as specialist planner services for construction logistics in accordance with issue 25 of the AHO publication series.Offenbach
The August Bebel School was founded in 1967 as a vocational school with design and technical focus. At the two school locations Offenbach and Hanau-Steinheim, approx. 2,000 pupils are in a wide variety of educational offers (Elektro-, DepartmentsMetal, painting, painting, sanitary and wood technology) taught.
The subject of this commission is the construction of the workshops (building 1+2) and the renovation of the multi -purpose hall/auditorium (building 3). Building 4-7 are not to be considered.
In addition to the workshops, three so-called team stations areWith approx. 75 m2 each, which are in the functional connection with the workshops and are intended in the same part of the building.Specialist planner services for construction logistics according to issue 25 of the AHO series.
