The Weseler waste company MBH & Co. KG (KWA) is a joint company in the Wesel district and the city of Kamp-Lintfort to guarantee the reliable and sustainably oriented disposal for the entire region. The KWA is the client in this award procedure. The KWA isResponsible for classic sorting, thermal treatment as well as deposits of municipal and commercial waste from the catchment area. The recycling center and the slag preparation are also part of their business areas. It has been running the waste disposal center for more than 25 yearsAsdonkshof. The Asdonkshof is characterized by a combination of various waste treatment processes that has so far been unique in Germany, through which it is one of the most environmentally friendly systems across Europe. The ASDONKShof waste disposal center is operated at its locationKamp -Lintfort Currently through the KWA with a waste incineration plant, - sewage sludge drying, - pre -circuit/sorting system for bulky waste and commercial waste, - Slag preparation system, - Inerty landfill in the landfill class 2 (DK II), - Value courtyard with an integrated inpatient problem waste collection pointand a securing, and the Weseler waste company Regio mbH (KWA Regio) with a/m - biological waste treatment plant with partial power fermentation and subsequent fine preparation and composting plant.
