- In the rooms of the DASA and the other houses of the Baua at the Dortmund location, around 40 building and DASA events take place every year on different topics, for which services from the field of stage and media technology as well as event support are required. It will be a The contractor was looking for the stage equipment and media technology existing in the Baua/DASA according to the requirements of the client/organizer and supports the event with the appropriate expertise. The events take place in all areas of the DASA/BAUA: - DASA: Stahlhalle, hazardous fabric hall, energy hall, rotunde eG, lecture hall, seminar rooms I to II, R0018 Freiraum - Baua (Haus I): Seminar rooms E 08, IZ SG 4, S 11, IZ SG 13, 502, E 01a, lecture hall - depending on the event room - to provide the following services in detail by the contractor: - required equipment is to be created from the depot into the event area - structure and breakdown in the specified Event area - After completing the event, the state of origin must be restored on all devices and systems. - Compliance with the order, possibly restoration of this in the material bearings - The assembly and dismantling times are in time, at least one week in advance with the DASA to coordinate. - In the steel hall, the use of the existing lifting scissors is possible after prior instruction. - Creation of a risk assessment per event - written notification of any defects, defects or damage.
