Services of structural planning
The Loerrach vocational school center between Gretherstrasse, Wintersbuckstrasse and Promena-Denweg is divided into two sub-areas.
In the south there is the tissue school (GWS) with components A to D. For the trade school, the tissue school (GWS) is in the medium term Partial new construction and the renovation of component A planned. The VGV procedure for this already started is not part of this procedure. However, an interim building is required to carry out this measure.
In the north, the Commercial School (KS) and the Mathilde Planck School (MPS) A building with components A to D. Between the two school complexes, the Kreissport-Halle (KH) and a two-storey underground car park (TG) are arranged.
Under Exploitation of the excavation pit of the demolished underground car park is built in such a way that the roof of the hall can be used as an open space and break area.
The extension of the Mathilde Planck School and the Commercial School with a program area of approx. 2,200m2 is on the site of the built current district sports hall.
