Description:
The services of structural planning according to § 51 HOAI are required for the conversion of the primary school "Zum Striedt" and the extension of the FGTS in the municipality of Merchweiler-Wemmetetsweiler. This order includes the basic services of the aforementioned planning services in the following performance phases:- LPH 1: Basic determination, - LPH 2: Preliminary planning, - LPH 3: Design planning, - LPH 4: Approval planning. The client reserves the right to gradually award the following services: - LPH 5: Execution planning, - LPH 6: Preparation of the award. There is a gradual order. On the partThe contractor has no legal claim to the commissioning of further service phases or a total order. Double applications within the framework of the present tender for the Los 1 structural engineering to be awarded are not permitted.
