Description:
The subject of the tender are services of technical building equipment according to Part 4, Section 2, § 53ff HOAI 2021. As a basic planning criterion, concepts for low-tech buildings are to be examined and implemented. The goal is robust and lifelong building, that offers comfort to users over the entire course of the year. The technical building equipment (TGA) is to be limited to the necessary minimum. In the case of construction and material selection, attention must be paid to durability and maintenance poverty. The operation of the TGA is as simple as possible design.
