Description:
The Havelhaus (BGF Rd. 300 m2) with cowshed (around 193 m2) is located in Potsdam, in the southwestern part of the Babelsberg park (UNESCO World Heritage "Schloesser and Parks of Potsdam and Berlin"). Stable buildings were completed in 1883. Is the allocation of the planning services in accordance with HOAI §§ 52 ff, KG 410 - LP 2 to 8 for the technical equipment for conversion and conversion and Modernization measure of the Havelhaus including the associated stable building (see section 5.1).
