Description:
Allocation of the services of the technical equipment in accordance with HOAI §§ 53, plant groups 1 to 6, LPH 2 - 9, for the renovation and modernization of the castle house (including the nearby outbuilding sheepfold, scales and pavilion) as 1,4th section (see section 5.1). The planning extendsin the 1st section of the Castellan House (Flur 7, parcel 626) with a gross base area of 710 m2 and other outbuildings (Ges. Rd. 130 m2). The Stern hunting lodge (1730 to 1732), oldest preserved castle building in Potsdam, on the western edge of the Babelsberg district, was built by King Friedrich Wilhelm in the style of a Dutch community center. It is considered a model building for what was built in the following yearsDutch quarter. It is surrounded by the Kastellanhaus, other outbuildings (sheepfold, scales and pavilion), the captain's house and a star -like path system. The buildings are owned by the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Berlin Brandenburg (SPSG)Non-profit association Jagdschloss Stern-Parforceheide e.V. operates the hunting lodge as a museum lock.
