Services of the technical planning of the technical equipment (plant groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 according to § 53 HOAI) for the expansion / equipment of the existing building (KG300, KG400, KG620) on levels 1 (1st floor) and 2 (2nd floor) of the storage biblothek in Wagner.regeny-Strasse 81-83, 12489 Berlin.
The subject of the award procedure is planning services according to HOAI part 4 Section 2 (technical equipment). The building was built until 2020. In the area of the level 0 with an area of approx. 1,260m2, the archive -, magazine -technology -and sanitary areas are in operation. The expansion and the Equipping the existing building (KG300, KG400, KG620) in levels 1 (1st floor) and 2 (2nd floor) also with surfaces of approx. 1,260m2 each with a view of the current operation on level 0 (EC).
