Description:
Flughafen Koeln/Bonn GmbH intends to outsource the maintenance and repair of fire alarm systems to the BMA with on-call service and troubleshooting. The performance target includes the officially prescribed preventive maintenance work on the fire alarm systems at Cologne/Bonn Airport, the power supplydevices (battery charging device), the alarm, display and control devices as well as all detectors. Provision of the special tools, measuring and control devices required for maintenance as well as the tools and aids for the maintenance and cleaning of the system. DExecution of officially prescribed functional tests, maintenance of the control center, the power supply equipment, the reporting, control and alarm devices with alarm and fault report check in the control center fire station 1. A hierarchical fire alarm system (existd from approx. 50 sub-control panels and approx. 22,000 fire alarms) and the main control panel in fire station 1. It is operated via a safety information system (TOPSIS). If one of the connections from the main control center to the sub-control centers fails, operation is possible at any timen locations of the sub-centres or subsequently also at the sub-centres used in the stations. The existing scope of protection of the fire alarm systems are various buildings at Cologne/Bonn Airport
