The law on July 5, 2017 announced on the introduction of electronic acts in the judiciary and for further promotion of electronic legal transactions (Federal Law Gazette I p. 2208) sees both in criminal and fine as well as in the procedures according to the Code of Civil Procedure, the law on The procedure in family matters and in the matters of voluntary jurisdiction, the Labor Court Act, the Social Court Act, the Administrative Court of Administrative Court and the Finance Court of Justice Court (hereinafter referred to as EAKTE) from January 1, 2026.
