Description:
There are several landscape framework plans from different years for the district. The first landscape framework plans were created for the areas of the old districts and come from different years (2001, 2000 and 1996). There are also landscape framework plans for the large protected areas. There is no connecting or updated planning. On the one hand, this is related to the district regional reform and the merging of the old districts of Prenzlau, Angermünde, Templin and the formerly independent city of Schwedt. The aim of this tender is therefore to harmonize and update the landscape framework plans available for the Uckermark district on the area outside the large protection areas. The goals and plan statements should be adapted to the current challenges in particular against the background of the new requirements and developments regarding energy transition. In particular, it is about the increased demands on infrastructure development with the historical cultural landscape, life in rural areas, tourism and agriculture as an important value creator and the preservation of the numerous valuable natural landscape that occurs ...
