Description:
The subject of the tender is the provision of services in rail replacement (SEV) during the closure of the Hamburg - Hanover route as part of the quality offensive 2026.
SEV quality offensive HH - H
The service period extends from May 1st, 2026 to VSL. 10.07.2026, since the Route section Langenhagen Mitte - Celle - Uelzen - Lueneburg is totally closed during this period. The SEV services replace all train journeys of the lines - Re 2 Uelzen - Hannover ( - Goettingen), - RE 3 (Hamburg -) Lueneburg - Uelzen - Hannover and - RB 31 (Hamburg -) Lueneburg - Uelzen - Hannover on this section. The SEV is to be implemented in high quality and achieve a high customer benefit. It starts with customer information, information at the stops and on the vehicle, the personnel information, the personnel, vehicle quality and last but not least the reliability and punctuality of the trips. To travel to the SEV, each ticket valid in the SPNV on the corresponding section of the route or travel authorization entitles you to the respective tariff provisions. The promotion to the passengers is on behalf of the metronome Eisenbahngesellschaft mbH (Probably until 13.06.2026) or the future operator of the Hanse network, Los Nord (probably from June 14, 2026).
