Description:
The Samtgemeinde Grafschaft Hoya has commissioned the Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture, Nienburg District Office (LWK), to organize the agricultural recovery for the sewage sludge incurred in the sewage treatment plant. The necessary areas are acquired by the velvet community. The LWK is carried out by agricultural advice to the decreasing farmers. Their management plans are discussed twice a year and impact -related fertilizer recommendations are developed. These are transferred into delivery notes that are handed over to the service provider for the sewage sludge disposal. The service provider then has to carry out this in consultation with the farmers. The delivery notes contain all the information necessary for the service provider. The decreasing farmer determines the time/period in which its fields are fertilized. Fertilization usually takes place in spring (from February/March) and in summer. The sewage sludge disposal is provided as a service. The subject of this tender is the service?
