- The water and sewage association Demmin/Altentreptow operates a sewage treatment plant in Altentreptow to clean the mostly domestic wastewater. The system has a water law capacity of 9,200 EW. Around 5,000 EW are currently connected. The special -purpose association has toThe aim set to reduce the total energy requirement of the sewage treatment plant, to modernize sludge stabilization and treatment in terms of air conditioning and to check the resulting possibilities of self -flow generation. For this reason, the first part of a feasibility study (until the service phase 2Hoai) already commissioned and developed. The preferred solution determined in this context sees the conversion of the existing surface to pressure ventilation, the construction of a mechanical sludge rag wage and the process engineering switch to anaerobic mud treatment with constructionof an associated CHP. On this basis, the planning services LPH 3-4 HOAI (§§ 43, 51 and 55) are to be commissioned. The following schedule is planned: Provision of planning services LPH 3 HOAI from September 22, 2025 to 19.12.2025, examination and approval by AG until 23.01.2026,Provision Planning services LPH 4 HOAI from 26.01.2026 to April 30, 2026. When the contract is concluded, an gradual order is scheduled as follows: 2nd level LPH 5-9 HOAI as an option. The award is carried out as a negotiating procedure with an advanced participation competition: 1. Participation competition:Interested engineering offices apply for participation with submitting the required documents - after examining the applications for participation, a maximum of 5 offices are selected, 2nd offer phase: The selected offices are requested to submit an offer, 3rd phase of negotiations. The clientreserves the right to award the order on the basis of the first bids without entering negotiations in accordance with §17 Paragraph 11 VGV.
