Erfurt sewage treatment plant Replacement new construction of secondary clarification tanks 1-4, 2.BA NKB 3 + 4 Lot 2a MTA Koenigstuhl/inlet cylinder Parameters of the new secondary clarification tanks: Secondary clarification tanks Round tank with inclined bottom and funnel in the middle Container material: Concrete Clear pool diameter 45.00 m Outside pool depth 5.19 m Freeboard 1480 mm bottom slope 1: 15 Diameter of central structure approx. 3 m Height level access 1.48 m The secondary clarifiers are equipped with a stainless steel king chair and an adjustable inlet cylinder. The assembly time is planned to be approx. 7 weeks per NKB. There will be a stainless steel king chair in the secondary clarification tank installed, which is ideally matched to the mechanics of the components of the adjustable inlet cylinder. The Koenigstuhl and inlet cylinders are largely prefabricated and subsequently installed in the new secondary clarifier. With the adjustable inlet cylinder on the central structure of the secondary clarifier it is a patented technology. It is therefore imperative to order the device from the patent holder. The patent holder is the company hydrograv GmbH Dresden. The adjustable inlet cylinder is called "hydrograv adapt" by hydrograv GmbH.
