Erfurt sewage treatment plant Replacement new construction of secondary clarification tanks 1-4, 2.BA NKB 3 + 4 Lot 2b MTA scraper bridge/drainage channel Parameters of the new secondary clarification tanks: Basins: Secondary clarification tanks on a municipal sewage treatment plant, round tanks with an inclined bottom and funnel in the middle Container material: concrete Light tank diameter 45.00 m Pool depth outside 5.19 m Freeboard 1480 mm Bottom slope 1: 15 Diameter of central structure approx. 3 m Height level access 1.48 m The clearing bridge, the rails on the top of the pool and the channel are installed after the installation of the Koenigstuhl and after completion of the structure, as well as after backfilling installed in the excavation pit. An assembly time of approx. 6 weeks per NKB is planned. The clearer is designed as an above-ground revolving clearer with externally driven chassis and central support. The floating sludge and soil clearance is connected to the clearing bridge. Bridge length approx. 31,000 mm Bridge width 1,250 mm Material: stainless steel The scrapers are driven via rails with racks that are doweled to the pool crown. The clear water channel is attached to the pool wall and equipped with a hinged cover. Width 1000 mm Height approx. 500 mm The clear water channel is designed all around the entire NKB, weir towards the middle of the pool, outer wall adjacent to the pool wall with a circumferential serrated weir, weir form B.
