Description:
On the premises of the Niersverband, Breyell district, Flur 3, Flurstueck 276, Ritzbruch 32 in 41334 Nettetal, the complete new construction of the sewage treatment plant during the continued operation of the existing systems with their successive dismantling is planned. The sewage treatment plant Nette (Ka Nette) was built in 1955. ThePlant and construction of the sewage treatment plant Nette was gradually expanded to the current status until the 2000s.
In the coming years, all existing buildings are to be successfully dismantled. Only the "Blasest station revival" (No. 17) and the "Filter facility/seizure" (No. 21) shouldremain. The renovation takes place during operation.
The overall measure is divided into 9 construction phases until the complete new building new building has been completed. The present tender is part of the construction phase 1.
This lot includes the work of the outdoor facilities,of the traffic areas, the earthly pipelines, channels and cable protection pipes as well as the associated shaft structures for the area of the new objects that are built in construction phase 1 (including membrane filtration, activated carbon filtration, fine sieve, sewage pumping station, workshop, operating building, custom-made use& Extinguishing water storage, energy building with transformer station, mid-running shaft).
