Description:
The contract of this tender is the entire application operation of the SharePoint SE of the MPG at the application level with the provision of all the necessary ITSM operating processes in order to have a stable SharePoint operation for the general administration and also for the Max Planck Institutes (and other MPG facilities)to ensure. The expansion and provision of mini -turns via change management is also included in the company.
Project services for SharePoint SE of the MPG will continue to be advertised. This affects the further development of the previously implemented functionalities forIntranet Max, the further development and maintenance of the guideline management of the MPG and the development and provision of MPG wide or MPI applications via Sharepoint SE. This can also contain the integration of other institutes into the employee via a rollout project.Finally, the transformation of the current SharePoint SE environment is planned to Microsoft 365 (M365). This includes the development and structure of a hybrid environment for parallel operation during migration, the rollout at the institutes and an accompanying change management, thatthe operational change processes controls. The transformation also includes the training of the users and the support of the institutes in the migration of their content by consulting and technical support services.
