- Project: The new clinic building project "Ammerland Health Quarter" includes a building complex divided into several buildings along Langen Strasse, with a total length of approx. 256m and a depth of approx. 64m with up to 6 full floors. A basement is not planned. The ensemble is modular based on an 8m basic grid of units approx. 32m wide and 48m deep with an upstream zone for nursing rooms, arcades, filter areas of approx. 8m deep on the east side (Lange Strasse) and an upstream main road on the west side, which also has the connections to the existing building secures, with access areas, stair and elevator cores, connecting structures and special areas. Shell construction work The shell construction work includes: Foundation/floor slab - preparation of foundation cushions, in particular production of fine subgrade, soil replacement, subsequent compaction and production of foundation cushions the floor plate. - Shallow foundation as a load-bearing reinforced concrete slab with integrated underground pipes. - In some areas individual foundations and point foundations, partly in well ring construction. Sealing work - sealing the foundation area as a so-called black tub. - Sealing connection areas Basic cables, cable bushings, floor plate. Reinforced concrete skeleton construction - base areas and main zones, upper floors in reinforced concrete skeleton construction with a basic grid of 8x8m.
